2013 “kassandraseven” LiveJournal
This appears to be an operation by the Internet Research Agency
Live Journal was frequently used by the Internet Research Agency (IRA) to run military influence operations for Putin.
This blog appears to be in support of Putin’s opposition to the Magnitsky Act which was enacted by Obama in December 2012. This blog was started in March 2013 which opposed the adoption of Russian babies by Americans. It used many of the same propaganda techniques and some of the same fiction as QAnon.
For example, there was a substantial discussion about whether or not Americans actually eat the babies they adopt or harvest them for organs.
Work in progress.

"At the same time, some State Duma deputies claim that they received a letter in which they were urged to choose Mr. Kurginyan's event."
Gazeta.ru

"There were also reports that the parties "United Russia" and "Fair Russia" actively joined the organization of the rally inspired by political scientist Sergei Kurginyan. Both parties denied this information."
Both materials report a letter (which either was or not - it does not matter), and in the meantime - in the text from the editorial office - they call S. Kurginyan the organizer of the event.
2. In the nomination "The intensity of incompleteness"
The winner is declared:

"Andrey Malgin: extras from Smolensk with payment of 500-700 rubles are taken to Kurginyan's rally"
Jim, my subscriber account on my computer, which I use solely, is saying I’m not a paid subscriber and my photo is gone. I was able to access on my phone through the link in my email when the notification initially came up. Any idea what’s going on?
Ok! So it was a propaganda contest! Kasparov .ru won because they mention that extras from Smolensk were paid to protest in Moscow (Lukashenka did that kind of thing last year). The Solzhenitsyn quote was to become a hashtag that is still used today. If you search #LiveNotByLies on Twitter, you get results associated with the convoys, Rogan, antivax, racism…
