Happy Sunday friends!
We’ve reached a level of absurdity in America that’s difficult to compare historically. The federal government is operating in an increasing divergent reality from the objective world. And based on Trump’s approval ratings, it’s dragging along increasingly less people with it.

The regime’s latest conspiracy theory of a violent “Antifa” laying “siege” to a “War ravaged” Portland is absurd by every reality-test outside the MAGA echo-chamber.
The true goal of the Stephen Miller-architected conspiracy theory of a “radical left terrorist network” can be seen in the latest presidential memorandum—“Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence” (NSPM-7) which uses deliberately misleading information about the bullets left by Charlie Kirk’s killer as a pretext.
“the groups and entities that perpetuate this extremism have created a movement that embraces and elevates violence to achieve policy outcomes, including justifying additional assassinations. For example, Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin engraved the bullets used in the murder with so-called “anti-fascist” rhetoric.”
In reality, the “anti-fascist rhetoric” on the bullets were memes by a nihilistic killer steeped in right-wing propaganda, not a statement of his ideology.
Here are the “common threads animating violent conduct” according to NSPM-7:
Self-described “anti-fascism”—treated as the main umbrella for organized political violence.
Anti-Americanism, Anti-capitalism, Anti-Christianity
Support for overthrow of the U.S. government.
Extremism on migration, race, or gender.
Hostility toward “those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality.”
In other words, if you do not hold “traditional American views,” as defined by the federal government, or if you oppose fascism, you are automatically under suspicion.
It is absurd. Anti-fascism has been a core American value since fascism was first implemented—by Mussolini.
Nevertheless, one should always remember:
“Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
—Voltaire, Questions sur les miracles, 1765
