If said it before and I'll say it again Musk is nothing more the worlds 2nd richest internet trolI (Putin being number #1).

I read Musk and Twitters merger agreement (Form 8-K). The merger agreement between Elon Musk and Twitter has NO "Temporary Hold Clause" (which I didn't think was a thing).

Tweeter's 5% bot claim has been in their security filings since 2014, with a footnote that the figure was just an estimation and could be larger. Even if Twitter has ~30% bots it would not violate the Material adverse change (MAC) clause which holds thresh hold of -40% evaluation of a companies claimed revenue. So Musk could back out of the deal a have to pay a $1 Billion fee, or Twitter could force Musk to acquire Twitter if Musk is able to secure the financing/loans. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1418091/000119312522120474/d310843ddefa14a.htm

Why I never set foot or finger on Twitter. It's just too toxic.

In case there’s any confusion about whether this is an inauthentic smear campaign, please read this: https://www.vice.com/en/article/3ab3yk/daily-wire-amber-heard-johnny-depp

Musk is certainly a very dangerous individual. But...could this guy be more pathetic?

Twitter trends are so weird... All I've had is this Amber Heard at the top of the trending, that's it, all day... and I never saw Alpha Masculinity (thank the gawds). But yea, WTF are they doing? He doesn't, and may never, own it. (Though it looks to me like they're gonna go after him for about a Billion for manipulating them. Get that money!)

This is a professional smear campaign against Amber Heard. It was clearly a mutual abuse situation between the two of them, but Depp is suing her for defamation because she said she was a victim of abuse, which she was. I’m not taking anyone’s side. I don’t give a damn about their personal problems. What I object to is people paying to influence juries and smear people for revenge.

This is a good take: https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/18/opinion/amber-heard-metoo.html?smtyp=cur&smid=tw-nytopinion
