I wrote yesterday about how the war on Iran is just a proxy war on civilization. It is the role of a civil society to keep dangerous technologies out of the hands of dangerous people. We are failing, miserably.
It’s not just that there has never been a more uncivilized person in charge of a major world power than Donald Trump; it’s that there has never been someone so anti-civilization in a position of power.
Trump has not been seen publicly since Wednesday’s bizarre, low-energy primetime speech and he is evidently spiraling due to his overlapping pathologies—malignant narcissism, frontal lobe dementia, and narcissistic collapse over Epstein. Trump’s Easter message is obscene in every way because we are seeing directly into his id. There is nothing left between his demons and the nuclear codes.
