Diabolical: SCOTUS and the Great Deceiver
“You would prefer the human race to endure, right?”
Today, the group of six legal terrorists on the Supreme Court executed one of their most brutal attacks yet on the Rule of Law and American citizens in cooperation with the Trump regime. It was a ruling crafted with the intent to cause violence and chaos. It was a ruling designed to allow Trump the ability to violate anyone’s rights with no due process, until the Supreme Court decides whether it was legal or not, afterwards. And now they go on vacation until October.
But here is the crucial point.

What’s so diabolical about this ruling is that it was not just a blank permission slip for Trump to enforce any of his hundreds of largely unconstitutional executive orders with no judicial checks at all, it also effectively suspends birthright citizenship until SCOTUS gets around to deciding on it.
So the headlines are split. Which of the two sickening ramifications of this one ruling do we protest? What fundamental right being taken should we be more upset about? It’s the Supreme Court version of Bannon’s rule about “flooding the zone with shit.”
The case that the Court used, quite intentionally, was about a clear and vital part of the Constitution created after the Civil War to affirm that freed African-American slaves were, in law, U.S. citizens—and extended that protection to all who are born here.
14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Section 1:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898)
The Court held that a child born in the U.S. to non-citizen parents (legally residing in the U.S.) is a citizen under the 14th Amendment, affirming the principle of jus soli (right of the soil).
The ruling to seize power from the lower courts to enforce injunctions on the Executive was written by cult member Amy Coney-Barrett who has been getting pressured by Trump and MAGA to get back on the train to dictatorship.
Well, the Handmaid delivered. Trump and insufferable larper AG Pam Bondi hailed the ruling as the best possible news, and a vindication of everything that this violent, lawless regime is doing. The glee as they boasted about their ability to run rampant over civil rights while managing to blame it all on the Democrats, was truly suffocating.
But here is the real outcome of the ruling. Trump has been given carte blanche to fill concentration camps in El Salvador, and other third party countries, with no due process. DHS and ICE, already wildly out of control, will see this as a green light to further terrorize America.
Here is Trump just after the ruling.
“We've had a great relationship with El Salvador. They have a fantastic leader. They built a massive prison system. And I don't know exactly why, but it's a hell of a system. And we bring people there. And when they go there, they don't get out. And frankly, when they hear they have to go there, they become very nice people. It's a tough system, but it's a brilliant system. And it's a system done by a very, very good leader. And we'll talk about El Salvador. A lot of respect. a lot of respect.” [emphasis added]
Trump is invoking Heinrich Himmler’s practice of “Night and Fog” or Nacht und Nebel which terrorized people in Nazi-occupied countries into submission by kidnapping and deporting resisters to concentration camps—which they never returned from. At the same time, Trump praises El Salvador’s brutal, illegitimate dictator, Nayib Bukele, who was groomed by international terrorist Erik Prince.
So how will Trump use this ruling? Of this we can be certain. He will use it as a “mandate” to continue to accelerate his unconstitutional raids by anonymous bounty hunters. And he will use it as an excuse to use the military to occupy more American cities.
To do this he will use Palantir software which has been populated by DOGE with the entire contents of Social Security, the IRS and every other agency they’ve infiltrated. Many of the DOGE thugs which breached government systems, are former Palantir employees.
To make things even more concerning, the US Army just made the CTO of Palantir a Lt. Colonel, bypassing the two decades of training and dedication it normally takes to achieve that honor.
Last night, the New York Times posted a “podcast” between the persistently unctuous columnist Ross Douthat with the founder and puppetmaster of Palantir, Peter Thiel, which was entitled “Peter Thiel and the Antichrist.” I would change one word, however.
Douthat, in the most credulous way, stumbles into the correct answer for what’s really going on here. He asks whether Peter Thiel has ever considered whether he, Peter Thiel, might be kind of Antichrist-like himself, maybe.
DOUTHAT: This is my very specific question for you, right? Is that you're an investor in AI. You're deeply invested in Palantir, in military technology, and technologies of surveillance, and technologies of warfare, and so on, right? And it just seems to me that when you tell me a story about the Antichrist coming to power and using the fear of technological change to sort of impose order on the world, I feel like that Antichrist would be maybe using the tools that you were building, right? Like, wouldn't the Antichrist be like, "Great, you know, we're not going to have any more technological progress, but I really like what Palantir has done so far, right? Isn't that a concern? Wouldn't that be the irony of history would be that the man publicly worrying about the Antichrist accidentally hastens his own mind? And he's not going to have any sense his or her arrival?
THIEL: There are all these different scenarios. I obviously don't think that's what I'm doing.
DOUTHAT: I mean, to be clear, I don't think that's what you're doing either. I'm just interested in how you get to a world willing to submit to permanent authoritarian rule.
Thiel’s answer is hardly convincing. And there’s a reason for that. It’s precisely how he sees himself. Peter Thiel is apparently a very good chess player but he would be a horrible poker player. Peter Thiel hesitates when asked whether he believes the human race should endure, because he really doesn’t care.
DOUTHAT: You would prefer the human race to endure, right?
THIEL: You're hesitating.
THIEL: Well, I don't know. I would...
DOUTHAT: This is a long hesitation.
THIEL: There's so many questions in this.
Peter Thiel, like so many of the people around Trump, doesn’t care about humanity. His psychology does not allow for empathy. Civilization, to him, is already lost. He just wants to escape from it—by any means necessary.
The six Christian Nationalist Justices, Peter Thiel, Donald Trump, and the vast majority of the Republican Party all say they are doing the “Lord’s work.” But it seems to me that when you are the one acting like the Great Deceiver, the Lord you may be working for is Darkness.
