In this clip, Trump wanders aimlessly through a discussion of how extremely smart and definitely not crazy he is. This includes him saying “they’re not talking about the 25th Amendment now” which is true because it applies to the President, which he is not. It appears that he forgot the phrase “person, woman, man, camera, tv.”
Trump also says that he would “rather be a dictator” than a “dumb person.”
