Because I’m that guy, I just read this whole complaint by a Twitter shareholder who has had enough of Elon Musk’s bullshit. It was filed on May 25th, 2022.

May 25th was the same day that Jack Dorsey announced he was stepping down from the Twitter Board which indicated to me clearly something was amiss with the deal.

I now see why. The complaint is a masterpiece, laying out clearly and in detail the rank corruption displayed by all parties in this would-be transaction that would permanently destroy “the public square” hundreds of millions of people rely on. And destroy billions in shareholder value which would go right into the pockets of Musk and his co-conspirators.

Of course, that destruction is the point. Elon Musk wants to turn Twitter into his personal id in the project to end the world so he can raise a white super-race on Mars. And if he can make billions in the process, even better.

For over a month, Musk was overtly in control of Twitter — until he suddenly wasn’t. Maybe someone at Twitter is sick of his sociopathic bullshit?

Seems like Musk’s bullying and platform manipulation might be getting on someone’s nerves? Certainly true of these shareholders.

Of course Musk has been weaponizing Twitter for years, including that time he took revenge on a caver who mysteriously got Lin Wood as his lawyer after insulting Elon Musk’s mini sub — no seriously.

The complaint goes through Musk’s embarrassingly illegal conduct for 40 pages, including this gem where Musk agrees with fascist propagandist Ian Miles-Cheong about an unsupported claim that would personally save Elon Musk billions of dollars.

While Musk may yet save this deal, it’s not going to be easy, and he’s pissed off a lot of people in the process, including yours truly. At the same time, Tesla is being exposed for the smoke and mirrors it really is. SpaceX is not really controlled by Musk anymore and his crypto-bubble is doing what bubbles do.
