Flynn SLAPPed Down

A good day.

Mike Flynn’s lawfare is not working out for him. After his SLAPP suit against me personally failed to achieve the results he was looking for, he started suing anyone who came near me. Apparently Rick Wilson retweeting me was enough to break through Mike Flynn’s very thin skin. Regardless, Rick successfully got Flynn’s SLAPP suit thrown out of court and said publicly he intends to seek legal expenses. 👏

Mike Flynn Sued Me for $10 Million Dollars And Lost.

In my case 10 of the 14 statements Mike Flynn claimed were defamation were thrown out. The Sarasota County Court ruled that there was a “showing of prima facie” evidence of these statements and therefore they aren’t defamation.

This is no small thing. This is the core of what he’s been trying to hide for a decade.

We still have a little more work to do to get the defamation claims of these statements thrown out of court. I have every confidence, and so do my lawyers, that in the next stage we will prevail on these as well. Mike Flynn’s Nazi plagiarism, his overseeing Gitmo, and his directing a throng of his cult members to “Hang Mike Pence!” are all provably true.

In the meantime Flynn’s digital soldiers are continuing to attack, putting me on stalking websites, sourcing info for Flynn’s lawyers, and running hate Spaces. Here’s Mike Flynn describing it in his own words, barely disguised as projection.

I posted the below to try and explain what it’s like being the point of attack for this traitor. I think it’s worth understanding how it works.

Imagine Having a Stalker

Imagine having a stalker—an anonymous stranger who one day just starts harassing, defaming & demeaning you by distorting everything you say. Imagine they’ve been doing it 7 days/week for 40 months.

What if they had a friend—someone your stalker can create conversations with… someone that can help create drama?

Imagine they go to all of your social media content and pollute your replies with smears about you.

What if there were dozens of them—with somewhat different anonymous personas but all with a singular focus on ruining your life?

Imagine they have Signal chats, Discord channels and DM groups solely created to surveil you, devise ‘ops’ against you, and create defamatory content.

What if they persistently tried to get you to commit suicide?

Imagine all these lies add up, and a sort of anti-cult of hundreds of people devoted to hating you is created by sucking in bystanders. They roam in gangs and have created an entire subculture about you.

What if they spent enormous amounts of time manipulating social media networks to deplatform you? What if they got you banned from Twitter and YouTube for nothing?

Imagine they infiltrated all your friends groups, destroyed your volunteer group, interfered with distribution of your documentary, and generated several defamatory hit pieces they share with everyone you care about.

What if they intentionally got you sued when their harassment didn’t work? What if they kept suing anyone who supported you?

Now imagine every person who has ever publicly supported you has had the same treatment as you. You have a podcast, and every single guest is harassed with smears and lies about you.

What if the press was infected with people connected to this large network of stalkers and frauds? What if most of the people who should support you have been lied to?

Welcome to my fucking world.

I don’t lay this out to play victim. Sympathy is my kryptonite. I don’t need or want it — which may be my super power.

I’ve been dealing with this phenomenon for 3 1/2 years, and I cannot pretend it hasn’t been painful. It’s caused me actual damages—which I intend to be compensated for. But it has also been one of my most important tools in this work.

It turned out the more they portrayed me as insane for saying something, the more important it was. Me zeroing in on Mike Flynn very early was a combination of basic OSINT, investigation & listening to the “leftist” trolls who persistently defended him — and Russia.

I don’t recommend this technique. It sucks. But it sucks for a reason, because there is a powerful well-resourced network that protects Mike Flynn and his Kremlin-backed psychological operations. The very same network that’s currently trying to overthrow the government — for the third time.
