They are desperate the Russian ruble in falling hard, right now. It’s gone from 95 rubles to the dollar to over a 105 rubles to the dollar in the last week. The Russian stock market is down 25 pct in the last 3 months. Mortgage rates are over 28 pct and climbing. Disaster is looming in the Russian economy.
