Flynn’s Lethal Alternate Reality Game

How an evil twin of the world is trying to replace the real one

I used to create “alternate reality games” (ARGs). These were hybrid online/real-world experiences, like large interactive puzzles combined with scavenger hunts. We created “alternate realities” for movies, video games, and storytellers. Millions of people played them safely, for fun.

Unfortunately, it turned out we were also helping to teach psychopaths how to destroy civilization — using the internet.

Below is a video from an ARG I worked on 17 years ago for the Nine Inch Nails album Year Zero. I wrote about it more in this post.

The gist of it was, after a months-long, complex set of puzzles and experiences online and the real world, we convinced 50 people to sign away their lives based on nothing more than what anonymous accounts told them on the internet. This was part of a dystopian alternate reality that Trent Reznor conceived and we created for him. (Year Zero ARG, Wikipedia)

But Mike Flynn’s operatives took the idea of ARGs and weaponized them to create an alternate version of the entire world presented as “the truth.” By using coercive propaganda and military psychological operations, they successfully split off reality for tens of millions of people into a literal twin of the real world. Anyone who has a loved one in QAnon+ has experienced this phenomenon.

This episode of Star Trek is basically what has been created for a massive number of our citizens. A mirror world almost like the real thing, but where good is evil and evil is good.

Flynn has been constructing this alternate reality in America for 8 years now, but he’s moving into it a different mode — a very dangerous one. The alternate reality he’s created is no longer a game. It’s being turned lethal.

The propaganda from Flynn’s network is being changed to much darker and more kinetic imagery and vocabulary. Flynn himself has been very forceful in trying to change the framing around his “movement.” A few themes:

• “Local action = National Impact”

• Passive —> Active

• Clandestine —> Overt

• ‘Q’ —> Flynn

Flynn no longer wants a “game” in between him and his cult members. He wants a militarized movement with himself as the “General.”

“A Damn Good Psyop”

When Mike Flynn got fired by Donald Trump and pled guilty to avoid going to prison for many years and was unable to speak publicly, Flynn’s operatives started “Q” to speak for him. And to raise money for his “legal defense.”

Q was a LARP, a live action role play character, part of a malevolent alternate reality game created by Flynn and his digital soldiers in 2017. This was an evolving, complex psychological operation (psyop) that served numerous purposes, but has left tens of millions of casualties behind it.

The people affected by this psyop are everywhere, but if you watch cable news, you hardly hear it mentioned. It’s still the invisible pandemic of brainwashing.

In 2020, after Trump lost the election, Flynn shut “Q” down and focused all the energy of the cult he had built towards the “Big Lie” — part of Flynn’s alternate reality where Trump actually won.

But when Plan A didn’t work out, Mike Flynn conspired with Donald Trump, Patrick Byrne and Sidney Powell in the White House on 12/18/20 to create a “wild protest” on J6 instead. The evil twin was “awakened.”

This Was Always “The Plan”

Two weeks after I started investigating QAnon I wrote about how Q appeared to be modeled on alternate reality game techniques I helped to pioneer. I had the unusual skill set of being able to decode what was effectively a malevolent version of internet experiences I had previously built.

Nearly four years ago, I wrote that Flynn was going to “take control” of the QAnon movement, and laid out the themes he would use:

This fear was proven out on January 5th, 2021 when Flynn instructed his “digital soldiers” to be ready to die the next day. Some did. This was all part of the alternate reality Flynn created in 2016 through Pizzagate, extended with Q in 2017, and then kinetically, violently weaponized on J6.

Since the insurrection Flynn planned and executed using his “digital soldiers” as cannon fodder, he has continued to pretend that he had nothing to do with Q but brags that it’s a “damn good psyop.”

“Counter-Hegemonic Rhetoric”

The third book in Mike Flynn’s psychological warfare series about “fifth generation warfare” is called “The Role of the Church.” In it, Flynn praises “enigmatic figure Q” as “a nuanced & unconventional form of counter-hegemonic rhetoric… aimed at unveiling and opposing covert governance” but points out its “largely passive stance.”

Q was a “clandestine” psychological operation, in the form of a LARP. It was passive. Flynn is saying very clearly we are past that point now. This is embodied in his perpetually repeated slogan “local action = national impact” — which is also a definition of terrorism.

Flynn is also openly advocating dictatorship.

The malevolent alternate reality — the twin of the world — Flynn built, is going through an important evolution. He’s replacing both “Q” and Donald Trump with himself as the savior of the world, an alternate hero. There is no more dangerous man, or dangerous movement, in America. This game is turning lethal. The next insurrection with be national.
