Overnight, two horrific shootings, at Brown in Providence, RI, and at a Hanukkah celebration in Australia, are too familiar. We’ve gotten used to these events—because there has been a concerted effort for decades to ensure that they continue. There are nearly half a billion guns in the United States alone, and a cult-like obsession with misinterpreting the Second Amendment.
The senseless radicalization of the global population—and the violence that results—benefits no one except the people and the companies who profit from providing “solutions.” Companies like Palantir which, according to a new book by CEO Alex Karp, provided software to Israel for the massive pager attack on Hezbollah in Lebanon last year.
Nevertheless, there is a major effort by Palantir to normalize its behavior and capture public brand recognition by doing things like sponsoring the Army-Navy game on Saturday—which Trump attended. This is part of an effort to justify its absurd market valuation—but it’s also psychological. They want you—and Trump—to get used to their presence.
But the tentacles of the PayPal-antir Mafia are extending far beyond software.
The takeover of CBS News by Bari Weiss, who started an “anti-woke university” with Palantir co-founder Joe Lonsdale—and has promoted the Thiel-created “Intellectual Dark Web” disinformation network since 2018—is not just an editorial change. It’s a total dismantling of a century-old organization, and another transformation of a news channel into a fountain of propaganda.
For the last week, CBS has obsessively promoted an interview with Charlie Kirk’s widow Erika on “the new CBS News” in a “town hall” with self-described “unhinged Zionist” Bari Weiss. JD Vance has taken full advantage of Charlie Kirk’s murder as well—Vance even hosted Kirk’s podcast. Erika Kirk has already indicated that she and Turning Point USA will endorse Vance for 2028.
This is a blatant attempt to seize the power of the press to influence the population for a political result. The next target is CNN—all part of the project to Palantir America.
The only good news from this is that the “new CBS” doesn’t seem to be going very well so far. Advertisers are “wary”—except for the makers of the Chia Pet.
