This NPR article is disinformation.
Let’s be clear. There is nothing confusing about Crimo’s neo-nazi, QAnon-influenced ideology or his worship of Donald Trump. Anyone telling you otherwise is ignorant or intentionally lying, including people cited as “extremism researchers.”
It appears that the Highland Park shooting suspect has no ideological or political bent. Yet extremism researchers say these acts may actually be part of a troubling new trend. One that involves dark subcultures that glorify violence and foster nihilism.
His internet history is crystal clear.
If you don’t believe me, believe Rachel Wachstein of Highland Park — who knew the shooter personally and said he “joined a group of pro-Trump and militia supporters in the summer of 2020 to intimidate residents.”
A Highland Park resident has shared her experiences with the shooter.
She claims he was a "known agitator" who "joined a group of pro-Trump and militia supporters in the summer of 2020 to intimidate residents..."
She claims there are others who pose a danger as well.
Or you can look through his racist discord server which he named after the Nazi “SS.”
I will say again — choose your “experts” wisely.
And NPR, get your shit together.
Has NPR and other 'progressive' outlets been 'captured and killed' by #GinniDidIt's friends? You have the publicly right wing members that show up at 'her' Institute luncheons but there must be just as many (secret) members that opt to keep their cover and get the 'takeout at the drive-thru' instead.
This burns me up! I found enough on my own to see what was going on. They fact that they "can't" is BS. 🤬
