Italy is Going Full Fascist

Giorgia Meloni is about to be Prime Minister

I hesitate even posting the link to this article. This is one of the most embarrassing headlines out of the Post I’ve seen, which is saying something.

The fact that Giorgia Meloni is a woman is meaningless. She is a fascist, pro-Putin operative who is going to try and create a coalition large enough to change the constitution of Italy to cement her fascist government’s power.

We just recorded an interview with the phenomenal Monique Camarra from Kremlin Files who lives in Italy and is horrified by Meloni and the size of her potential majority. Meloni’s “pro-Ukraine” stance will drift away, as will any of the “moderation” she’s done since joining a fascist organization when she was 15 years old.

Now she leads “Fratella d’Italia” which started from “Mussolini loyalists after World War II.”

Meloni spreads neo-nazi Great Replacement Theory, has the logical and rational capacity of Sarah Palin, and wants Italy to separate from the European Union. God knows what she will do to hamper NATO’s resistance to Putin’s aggression.

This group “The European Conservative” helps connect European fascists to Americans. (h/t @Gal) Steve Bannon has been trying to raise a fascist government in Italy for many years along with his extremist Catholic allies, like pro-Putin QAnon Archbishop Carlo Vigano and Knight of Malta Raymond Burke. A few years ago, Meloni said Bannon was a “great partner.”

Italy, like the US, has been caught sleeping. The left is fractured and the right wing is highly motivated. It’s going to be a battle for Italians to escape what they let happen. Not unlike the close call we just had with Donald Trump.

Which is a funny thing. When you trace these fascists’ money trail, corruption and political support, you nearly always find Putin or his proxies. No matter where in the world they are.

At some point, we need to understand the head of the snake is Vladimir Putin. Our administration, intelligence agencies and military better be figuring out how to cut it off. Putin is a fascist. He will never stop.

Putin must be defeated, imprisoned and tried publicly for his war crimes. Or he will just keep committing them.
