It takes a lot to shock me these days…
In a sickening perversion of the justice system, a judge codified ignorant bigotry into law. A “Christian” company said it didn’t want to subsidize “homosexual behavior” by paying for drugs that prevent HIV.
As literally everyone knows, AIDS has killed millions of people of every color, age, gender and orientation. It is absolutely insane to say it’s caused by “homosexual behavior.” It isn’t. It’s caused by a FUCKING VIRUS which does not care how it gets into your bloodstream. 🤬
So the judge is saying in effect that employers can impose their bigotry and pick and choose which of their own employees to target for sickness and death.
Texas, Florida and Arizona need to just break off and rename themselves Gilead. Make it fucking stop.
The company in the lawsuit Braidwood Management Inc is managed by Dr. Steven F. Hotze, MD who also is affiliated with Health & Wellness Center International One, L.L.C. dba Hotze Vitamins who got a warning letter from the FDA RE: Unapproved and Misbranded Products Related to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). So apparently his religion doesn’t prevent him from selling snake oil.
