Kathy Barnette is an Anti-Choice Psyop

TW: Her story is intentionally crafted to support the idea of forcing children who have been raped to carry their rapist’s baby to term

Mike Flynn and his allies like literal nazi Jack Posobiec are relentlessly pushing this person, who has no qualifications of any kind to be the Republican nominee for PA Senator.

There are a few things going on here. First, Mike Flynn is extremely upset about Dr. Oz being a candidate, since Oz’s friend — and Flynn’s former partner — Bijan Kian, is pointing the finger at Mike Flynn as a Turkish spy, so Flynn is desperate for an alternative candidate.

Also, it is unclear who Kathy Barnette actually is. Even the right wing is concerned.

But it’s her story about being the product of rape that is most dangerous. She is going to be the poster child for the most extreme possible version of anti-abortion laws. She claims that her mother was raped at ELEVEN YEARS OLD and claims that she carried Kathy to term “because it wasn’t a choice for me.”

I have no idea whether this story is true, but Kathy Barnette’s complete lack of transparency about her actual background, in addition to the fact that she is being relentlessly pushed by the same psyops professionals that started QAnon and planned the insurrection makes me… skeptical.

Regardless of the truth of the matter, needless to say, this person’s story has no bearing whatsoever on the lives of millions of women whose lives are going to be disrupted or destroyed by these laws. And her story won’t bring back the thousands of women who will die.

If she is nominated, the debate will be whether KIDS should have to bear the children of rape, as opposed to whether WOMEN should have autonomy over their own bodies. She is yet another shift in the Overton Window to push us toward a Handmaid’s Tale future. She is, in short, a psyop. Don’t fall for it Pennsylvania.
