Savor these holidays. Remember why we fight.

Happy holidays, friends. Regardless of what you celebrate, or whether you celebrate at all, I hope you find the time to be with people you care about and savor the memories. Next year this time will be a very different world and it will be important to remember what we’re fighting for.

I also wanted to express my deepest gratitude for my own family and friends who have sustained me through a very challenging journey, to all my supporters who have literally kept me alive with subscriptions and donations, and to the brilliant patriots I’ve met along the way — who give me hope that we will, one day, get to the end of this dark chapter a far wiser and more resolute democracy.
