A Florida judge rejected Mike Flynn’s delay tactics and ordered him to testify in Atlanta before a special grand jury about election interference in Georgia. Good.
But the fact we are relying on a state prosecution of a crime that happened two years ago to bring accountability to Flynn is emblematic of our broken, feckless justice system.
