OSINT Ninja Gal Suburban found a screenshot from March 2021 that clearly shows Mike Flynn signing his name “Q” with a smiley face at the bottom of his name.

Came across these screenshots I took in March 2021. This website Joy in Liberty was a linked partner for rideshare/transportation to the @January6thCmte Insurrection w/Stop the Steal.
It also had a QAnazi section w/Mike Flynn where he signed his name w/a Smiley Face 'Q'

The article was from February 2020 on the website “Joy in Liberty” which has taken down all its content at this point but was all about QAnon.
“Piper Low” says she donated $200 to Mike Flynn’s Defense Fund, wrote him a nice note about QAnon, and she received a signed photo in return.
Piper Low has been suspended from Twitter but she left quite a legacy.
