Jim, this was the most concise explanation of those arrests I have read. Wouldn't the non-violent participants need to have been clearly connected to the shooter to justifiably be given those long sentences? However, citing leftist magazines as evidence of 'terrorism' is very concerning. IF NSPM-7 is applied to protesters who merely engage in non-violent civil disobedience, then we can all really freak out.

Or as I believe you'll keep your head below the parapet and hope they move on to somebody else. In Germany as you know "first they came after the....." and from then on it was "history." I live in England and when our PM didn't keep his promises to those that voted for him we forced his resignation. I know also that Starmer basic decency would not allow himself to stay after he understood that the people had given him a low job rating.
