National Insecurity Strategy: The PayPal-Putin Plan to Break America
How Trump’s 2025 National Security Strategy serves the techno-fascist elite, our foreign adversaries—and great replacement theory.
The Trump regime has released its 2025 National Security Strategy (NSS), which will be seen as an important artifact of the revanchist, foreign-backed American oligarchy asserting itself as the new paradigm for government. The document is a synthesis of the PayPal Mafia’s illiberal, white supremacist, techno-fascist worldview, and an open declaration that their priorities—despite not being supported by a majority of the population—are America’s.
The strategy, such at it is, may as well have been co-authored by Russian demagogue Aleksandr Dugin. It is an embrace of Dugin’s “multipolar” concept of the world, based on regional, identitarian spheres of influence rather than a “globalist” approach of working together.
The extent to which this new paradigm serves Russian interests over America’s or Europe’s cannot be overstated. The collaboration of the American oligarchy and the Russian government is clear.
First, the strategy is framed as a repudiation of America’s direction after the Cold War. This is precisely Putin’s frame: American “elites badly miscalculated”—by advancing democracy abroad, and placing “destructive bets on globalism.”
It is the abdication of our role in the world, and a permission slip for our adversaries.
The plan says the American government is extending the early 19th-century Monroe Doctrine with the “Trump Corollary” which means not just protecting the Western Hemisphere but to “Enlist and Expand” into it. This is a thin veneer for colonialism and expansionism—which is why 25% of our naval resources are gathered in the Caribbean—and why Pete Hegseth is murdering people in “drug boats.”
The plan does not frame itself in constitutional terms. It almost entirely omits the rule of law from its charter, instead framing the government’s role as securing “God-given natural rights of its citizens” rather than the rights granted by the Constitution.
Trump’s NSS avoids racial terms but instead uses carefully crafted euphemisms to make racist assertions as moral justification for its policies.
A chief concern of the document is “cultural subversion” by “propaganda and influence operations” which is a perfect inversion of the regime’s tactics for controlling its own followers.
But what its really concerned about is the status of white people.
“Competence and merit” is a euphemism for elite white people, who, the strategy asserts, are “among our greatest civilizational advantages.” The paranoid idea that “should merit be smothered… innovation will evaporate” is white supremacy.
Moreover, the strategy is aggressively ideological—and illiberal. It seeks to snuff out “radical ideologies that seek to replace competence and merit with favored group status.” In other words, it is great replacement theory, by any other name.
This white paranoia is being echoed by Elon Musk on the former Twitter—on a loop. Here is a selection of his racist tweets over just a 48 hour period. (Soundtrack: Julie Andrews, “I’m Afraid”):
Perhaps the biggest tell in the regime’s plan is its concern that the power of the government not be abused “under the guise of ‘deradicalization,’’protecting our democracy,’ or any other pretext.” This echoes the regime’s rhetoric in its unconstitutional Executive Order NPSM-7 which claims that “antifascism” is actually a secret desire for violence.
The reality is that the regime wants radicalization, and democracy is its enemy.
The regime’s racist worldview is not just confined to our self-proclaimed hemisphere; it also seeks to make Europe—and the “Anglosphere”—“great again,” by protecting white people.
According to the plan, Europe’s real problems are not economic—and certainly not Russia’s aggression—it’s real problems are “civilizational erasure” and “cratering birth rates, loss of national identities and self-confidence.” This is barely coded neo-Nazi propaganda.
The document goes further to blame this “lack of self-confidence” for Russia’s war on Ukraine, and characterizes the relationship with Russia as “deeply attenuated.”
While it handwaves at Ukraine‘s “survival as a viable state,” the plan’s “core interest” is that the end of the war be “expeditious”—despite all evidence that Putin will never stop until he takes the whole of the country. This is deliberate naivete—to blame shift from Russia to Europe.
In reality, this is what has already happened under the Trump regime: American aid has evaporated.
The priorities of the Trump regime for Europe are, even for them, quite shocking. It is essentially this: Be nice to Russia—and make Europe whiter.
It reiterates great replacement paranoia of “certain NATO members” becoming “majority non-European,” i.e. non-white.
It seeks “strategic stability” with Russia—the definition of appeasement of an aggressive, imperialist dictator.
Incredibly, it plans to “cultivate resistance… within European nations”—an open admission of asserting U.S. influence to undermine governments who won’t bend the knee.
It wants Europe to stop the “perception”—which is almost entirely in Putin’s mind—of a “perpetually expanding alliance.”
The plan for Africa is just as astounding. Rather than providing “liberal ideology” to Africa, instead we will exploit its “abundant natural resources.” This is just blatant colonialism and a notice of open theft—using the euphemistic language of transitioning “from a foreign aid paradigm to an investment and growth paradigm.”
The truth of what the regime plans to do in Africa was blurted out by Donald Trump this week while pretending to end a conflict between Congo and Rwanda:
“Today, the United States is also signing our own bilateral agreements with the Congo and Rwanda that will unlock new opportunities for the United States to access critical minerals and provide economic benefits for everybody. And we’ll be involved with sending some of our biggest and greatest companies over to the two countries. And we’re going to take out some of the rare earth and take out some of the assets and pay, and everybody’s going to make a lot of money.”
Rare earths, of course, are needed for batteries, for chips, and other technology company requirements. This is the same thing the regime is doing in Venezuela, Nigeria, and several other nations to benefit Tesla and other companies in similar sectors.
The Trump plan is clear about the industries it wishes to favor. Space, nuclear, AI, quantum computing, and autonomous systems are top interests and investments of Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, David Sacks and the PayPal Mafia.
The reality for broligarchs is quite stark. As I wrote, they’ve built one of the largest bubbles in the history of mankind.
Thiel’s company Palantir could be the most overvalued company that ever existed.
“Palantir would need to grow revenues 1,500% over 25 years to justify its current valuation.”
Musk’s company Tesla may be the second-most overvalued.
It is now valued at double the top ten automakers combined.
The reality is that American financial markets have been captured by a fantasy promoted by the PayPal Mafia. Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter and subsequent ushering of Trump into the presidency has given this fantasy a huge jolt of oxygen. The broligarchs believe they are winning.
But all of this, from the absurd valuations of these companies, to the ideologies behind them, are based on delusions—deliberately weaponized narratives created to benefit the few instead of the many.
It’s a very large bubble. All of it. We’re living in a Truman Show alternate reality created by the worst people in the world—but the dome above us is cracking. Today, Donald Trump finally got his Peace Prize—from soccer federation FIFA (carousel music added):
