If he is cornered, I am deeply concerned he will use a tactical nuke as a psychological weapon. He may do it anyway.

It is critical to understand that Putin and his top operatives like Gerasimov, Flynn, Netanyahu, Bannon, Prince and Thiel are all extremely intelligent psychopaths.

They all believe this we are entering some version of doomsday that will kill most of the population and leave them in power as elites. For them, mass death is a feature not a bug.
