Excellent analysis. You’ve distilled Dave Troy’s identified networks into a metaphor that makes sense to me especially as a Californian ;) What can happen after a massive quake? A tsunami.

And any government that gives a monster like that the nukes and our White House is all the way broken. We did it twice. And after an insurrection. And after he purposely killed Americans during covid right before our eyes. The secrets must come out because too many have died from them now & it’s keeping us sick. One big protection racket for rich elite criminals.

Jenn, he didn’t win the election.

You didn’t vote this maniac into office. He defrauded the American people.

Election Truth Alliance has videos examining the voting data that are easy to understand. They show an algorithm effect at the tabulator level. They’re filling court cases and they need support and for more people to recognize the issue.

SMART Elections is also suing in NY for election irregularities.

Great. We need everything. My post was about how we the People were first defrauded by letting him run at all. Besides that -we all know people who voted for him or didn’t vote at all. Because their brains were hacked.

They don’t understand how humor works so there’s that lol. And they’re jealous of ones that do 😂

Keep telling us Jim! The more people that understand the HOW 🧠 the quicker we get to revolution.

Jim, another out of the park home run! Regarding semiotics, signs and symbols, I read that that East Wing of the White House, being torn down to construct tRump's golden ballroom, was constructed by FDR in 1942. It was built to cover a bunker to be used in the event of an attack on the US in WWII.

The symbolism is striking. The regime is currently tearing down FDR's New Deal programs (Democrat programs) and replacing it with.... nothing. We're definitely entering the nightmare part of the American dream.

Great piece! I say that when I read interesting pieces, but this one is a real eye-opener.

So what about counterforces? I can see a few...

First off, Putin. I agree that Trump might very well surrender to Putin after the next meeting in Budapest, and if not after that one, then after the next. But, being a European myself, Europe (the EU, Norway and Great Britain) has woken up to the threat of Putin. Painfully slowly, but now at lightning speed.

Especially Germany, which, looking at it from a historical perspective, terrifies me even more than the threat Russia poses. We should all worry about a re-militarized Germany. But that's another matter.

My point is - sometime in the near future, Europe and Ukraine will no longer need military support from the US (we never needed financial support. Europe is bound by consensus, but poor we are not.) This means that Europe can and will help Ukraine win the war.

That will likely neutralize Putin's threat. It might also depose him. He wouldn't be the first dictator to be deposed after a lost war.

The other thing I see - Senate and House Republicans have raw tongues licking Trump's boots, but their primary concern is, and will always be, re-election. Even if Trump and SCOTUS manage to corrupt the next election so as to increase the GOP's chances of holding on to majorities in Congress, Trump's approval ratings could very well drop below 25% before the election. I don't see how SCOTUS can correct for such abysmal numbers.

As with Nixon, approval ratings below 25% will change the political landscape. The members of Congress will have to choose between loyalty to Trump and their seat. It could well be that enough of them decide to rid themselves of Trump.

And then, as you posited, there's the military. A military coup is almost unthinkable. But then, so is a Trump. What, do you think, are the chances they will step in, and when will they do so?

The one thing that Jim hasn’t covered is the US election corruption.

The 2024 election was conducted fraudulently.

Many voters removed from rolls for no apparent reason, disenfranchised upwards of millions. Then many people who voted by mail had their ballots disappear sometime after being received. Greg Palast released a documentary about this.

Election Truth Alliance has very understandable vids on YouTube that show how the votes were manipulated. They’re starting a court case soon. SMART Elections also has a case before the courts.

Americans need to apply, run, volunteer to be involved in your elections. Every single person should be pursuing getting the machines out of the elections. Paper ballots, hand marked and hand counted is the gold standard for preventing fraud. If you can’t change the voting system, then what trump said is true: “after 4 years you won’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good you won’t need to vote.”

To be out there on Saturday with a zillion decent, sincere Americans—and then to see the 8 minute Russian TV clip— is to wake up.

To see those hardened, cynical Russians is to get a glimpse not our own future and breaks my heart for our losses. We may have these ideals in our hearts— but I am seeing now that we had/have to to do more than believe or feel. We had to hew to them in our everyday actions.

Unfortunately, I don’t see anything wrong with your conclusions. Additionally, I found it “interesting” as did one local Detroit TV reporter, that SCOTUS decided to take a case from Texas regarding a person’s right to have a gun if they were a regular user of marijuana. As weed is legal in many “blue” states, but not Federally, this might be the first attack on the Second Amendment. Disarming the American people would be necessary to accomplish the scenario you describe of turning the United States into a military police state.

Donald Trump and his regime pose a clear and present danger to the global peace, security and relative stability we have experienced since WW2.

"Again, maybe none of this happens, or maybe all of it does. But I don’t see anything stopping him, except a military coup." I've been thinking that for some time now.

I really hate all these people too. Not they themselves- but their cowardice. Instead of feeling and enduring their own emotional pain, they act it out — and we lose … so much.
