Um, 6 am, I'm halfway through. Love Dave's format of discuss read repeat. With only one other smart colleague responding. Also, I did not know he had a podcast. Damn you, Jim! Also, a pair of blue herons flew overhead. Good morning

His podcast started out as Twitter Spaces but Spaces is inconvenient (you have to download all your archive to get a recording, and it’s buggy) So it’s now a series of excellent episodes that you can listen to multiple times because they are absolutely packed with knowledge!

I keep having to rewind and take furious notes 😉

It’s the same with Jim’s podcasts with Ga! I rewind all the time 😂 (brain too slow, can’t compute 🤦🏻‍♀️)

brain overloaded...must compute for survival of species 😊

Yes, that was a great article by Dave. He is most definitely worth following if you aren't already!

As far me noticing the gesture toward the tip of the bottom right. Yes that is part of my headaches. Hypervigilance. It literal hurts in the brain. But that is a whole other conversation. We will touch base again soon. After music.

Cbouzy will help us remember this:

Neurologically Complex PTSD affects each person differently, so while some people might find therapy helpful in managing hypervigilance, others may find medication or a combination of medication and therapy most helpful. A mental health professional can help you decide what treatments or resources might be most helpful.

Texas willfully knew their citizens were suffering Hypervigilance. They even knew of some of the hows this was happening. (Sandra Bland) To deny your citizens and civil servants medical care is and has been criminal because it was willful. Like another astute journalist put it a while ago. The cruelty is the point.

Just like Françoise Bigot I hope the Hague for their future.

Thank you. I put on Dead Can Dance - In Concert shortly before I saw I had a comment from you. It was good to meet you too. Gal is right. We all definitely rise up one way or another. The gravity and gravity of music.

Gal is right about a lot. The music is really helping.

Why doesn't Josh Hawley mind his own business.

Weather disasters that happen more often because of climate change create conditions in which gender-based violence often spikes, according to new research.

Washington University saved my life. A free seminar and consultation. Can't believe my ancestors survived Missouri. Though I know he wished we would not have. Vienna Missouri are good people and was intended to be good people. Away from the likes of him. Those women really have his number. Hidden in plan site like Sarah always said.

All the sadist really like their pogroms. A pogrom after "a Christian child was found dead and many Jews were killed as revenge " in 1286.

I wonder if Sarah has ever been on one of her trips to Vienna. Visitation Parish. The Bavarians. That is where we tried to get the Bavarians to safety.

I’m listening to the podcast— it’s brilliant. To understand what’s happening, we need to understand the historical context.
