It doesn't matter if it violence from the far left or the right, because neither side believes in democracy any longer. The paradigm isn't left v. right, it's those who support an including democracy v. those who don't. The far left and right have a different version of Utopia they hope will follow the collapse, but the aims are the same.

Systematic political assassinations is how Mussolini took power and eliminated any threats to his advent of modern fascism.

This assassination, and attempt at another one, is exactly what felonpotus wants. Rile up the crazies to act violently against anyone deemed "undesirable" - immigrants, liberal politicians, LGBTQ persons, journalists, teachers, librarians, entertainers - anyone denounced by the fpotus. I know for a fact many maga's want liberals rounded up, imprisoned, and killed. Sad, but true. And major media gives voice to the conspiracy nuts trying to whitewash the assassin's motives. Horrid, but true.

How quickly we forget. While not successful, we've already had assassination attempts against U.S. Congress members Gabrielle Giffords and Steve Scalise, and several attempts against State lawmakers in the past. (And then there's RFK, of course). And the attempts (?) on Trump.

Political assassination is not new in this country, nor does the recent shooting necessarily portend any further attempts, much less a trend. Yes, they were horrific, and frightening - not least because the shooter dressed as a law enforcement officer. But your headline (...Have Begun) is not only inaccurate (since we've had them before), but hopelessly presumptive, and even fear-mongering.

Hyperbolic much?

The Minnesota House is now out of session. They can do NOTHING unless Governor Walz calls them in session.

There will be a special election to fill the empty seat. (The GOP will have zero chance of winning that election.

The senate will not be in session unless the house is called. Effectively the DFL still controls as LT Governor Flanagan is the tie breaker.

Hopefully Senator Hoffman and his wife will make a full recovery.

Still an absolutely horrible situation.

As soon as I heard how effectively he disguised himself as police, down to the vehicle, and that he worked in international security with outfits called the Red Lion and Praetorian Guard, I thought: the spider’s web will intersect with Flynn and Prince. Not surprised to see in your research….that they do. The No Kings photocopied pages and a list of folks to assassinate??? It seems more like psy op stuff planted for discovery which the media then turn around to send dread into the minds of Americans and politicians and abortion providers. (I would take it seriously, but most professional assassins don’t leave to-do lists in getaway vehicles.) With his other paramilitary friends in high places and the Regime needing false flag events like this assasination, he may well be on a jet to Africa right now, waiting for an eventual pardon.

You're right assassins don't leave behind lists of their potential victims! This guy is acting alone because he's been obsessed with trump like so many maniacs in the making. This guys background shows he's all in with killing democracy. America ignore these non patriotic individuals at your peril. Learn more to be more aware. Don't get caught on the back foot by these radical right followers of trump and the GOP. The "official" battle for democracy started when trump entered the Oval Office. The planning started years before.
