PSYACT LA: Hybrid Warfare Against American Citizens

In the US Army’s 2003 manual on “Psychological Operations, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures,” a PSYACT is defined this way:
“PSYACTs are operations, conducted by Special Operations Forces and conventional forces or other agents of action, which are planned and conducted as part of a PSYOP supporting program. PSYACTs are considered during series concept development and are used in conjunction with other types of products to modify the behavior of a Target Audience.”
Here are some of the types of PSYACTs, which include “shows of force” and “demonstrations.”
Mike Flynn’s how-to psychological warfare manual (2022) includes this definition:
“A Psychological Action (PSYACT) is the occurrence of something that affects the Target Audience. The PSYACT and the responsive behavior create the desired psychological reaction of a Target Audience.”
The US federal government, over the last few days, has been using the protests that it intentionally created as a PSYACT to affect the Target Audience, American citizens. The “desired psychological reaction” in this case is radicalization for the MAGA cult, and fear for everyone else.
Tom Homan, the “Border Czar” and a christofascist lunatic, just happened to be in Los Angeles when all of this kicked off and began escalating immediately. The federal thugs that he sent in to traumatize residents did it as publicly and degradingly as possible, in the most volatile part of the city—to attract violence.
Homan spent lots of time on propaganda channel Fox News gaslighting Americans that “we’re making Los Angeles safer.” Au contraire. But he gave away the game with this statement. This was always the plan.
“And again, we're not gonna apologize for doing it. We're stepping up. but guess what? We're already ahead of the game. We were already mobilizing. We're gonna bring National Guard in tonight.“
Once it began being marketed through propaganda networks, agitators and opportunists showed up. There were a few Palestinian flags, which provided a perfect talking point for people like JD Vance.
Consider that on January 6th, when thousands of insurrectionists descended on the Capitol to beat and murder cops, and to try to hang Trump’s last Vice President, Trump and the Pentagon, including Mike Flynn’s brother Charles, declined to send the National Guard in for three hours because they were concerned about “the optics.”
In Los Angeles yesterday, however, after a few dozen protesters were lured into returning violence with violence, Trump didn’t hesitate to immediately send in the Guard and had his Secretary of Defense prepare active duty Marines. Imagine Joe Biden sending troops into Houston after federalizing the Texas National Guard to fight MAGA protesters.
What we are seeing is nothing short of an active hybrid warfare campaign by the federal government on the second largest city in America using a manufactured PSYACT—“demonstrations” and “shows of force”—to radicalize Americans against one another, and to provide a pretext for invoking the Insurrection Act, martial law, and ultimately a militarized dictatorship.
As I wrote three months ago, the pieces are all in place for this move, and it appears Trump has now found the time and place for his Reichstag Fire—Los Angeles, Summer 2025.
