Radicalized Pod: Episode 34 — Hunger Terrorism and Combat Propaganda
Live from Odesa with Zarina Zabrisky
We had an incredible interview with Zarina Zabrisky reporting from Odesa — which had been the target of Russian bombs targeting food supply just hours before.
Zarina is originally from St. Petersburg and told us how she was required to take a course in “combat propaganda” in college and how the KGB unsuccessfully tried to recruit her. Now she is a fierce opponent of Putin’s regime and his atrocities, including his blatant attack on global food supply.
We were honored to have her on the show.

I totally understand why Zarina doesn’t want to talk about Petersburg and Russian literature. Even speak Russian, I guess. Russia destroys, there is no light there, no hope. By now, she’s probably already fluent in Ukrainian!
