Volodymyr Demchenko is an active duty Ukrainian soldier who fought through a bunch of technical difficulties to give us one of the most important interviews we’ve done. Volodymyr describes the hell being wrought on Ukraine now, but more importantly, gives incredibly moving testimony on why Ukraine will never, ever lose this war. And how all of us can help.
We met him through John Sweeney, another amazing guest. Turns out Volodymyr arrested John Sweeney for espionage a while back. Yeah, you read that right. Spoiler alert: They’re great friends now.
