Russia, Russia, Russia: Ed Martin, David Sacks & Flynn’s Deposition
Flynn skipped out on a deposition for the third time, citing having been “directed by his superiors”
In August 2020, I set out to figure out QAnon because it was using techniques borrowed from alternate reality games, an internet genre I helped invent over 20 years ago. From the beginning of my investigation, two founding elements of the QAnon phenomenon were clear: Mike Flynn and the Russians.
In February 2021, I shot a documentary naming Flynn and pointing out the obvious, that we are under attack by Russian psychological warfare and active measures. Here is a relevant clip.
Fast forward to today, over four years later, after subjecting me to a gauntlet of psychological and legal warfare that I cannot even begin to relate here, Flynn skipped out on a deposition for the third time, citing having been “directed by his superiors” not to attend, in an “EMERGENCY MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER.”
The judge responded:
“This is not an emergency.”
Touché, Judge Carroll.
Flynn wants to get out of his lawsuit with a confidentiality agreement, which his lawyers have been agitating for, because he is a traitor, a coward, and a stain on the US Army he is currently polluting with his ideology. Also, his ego cannot withstand any scrutiny.
Regardless, I responded publicly.
Several of Flynn’s complaints that were already thrown out of court in this case were related to his obvious devotion to the Russian Federation. For example, it has already been adjudicated non-defamatory to say that Mike Flynn “works for Putin” and is a “Russian asset,” among other things.
It’s unclear who Flynn’s “superiors” are at his job at West Point, but his agents are already well-placed in the government, including Kash Patel at FBI, who also frivolously sued me, and Ed Martin, currently the Acting US Attorney for Washington DC.
Here is Ed Martin deferring to Flynn’s “marching order” using the common QAnon phrase “WWG1WGA.” Martin and Flynn have been close friends for many years. Martin runs Phyllis Schlafly’s organization. Flynn’s mother and Schlafly helped start the anti-abortion and anti-feminist movement in the 1970s.
Ed Martin has appeared on Russian state media and proxies hundreds of times. Here is Martin in 2023 on Russia Today promoting Putin’s nuclear terrorism and complaining about “the Russia hoax.” Nevertheless, the GOP is almost certain to put this foreign agent in one of the most powerful law enforcement jobs in America.
“We have a track record of how many years now where the media and the left works to put out something about Trump and it turns out to be false. And they spent years conditioning the American people to feel a certain way about the Russia hoax…”
South African-American PayPal Mafia co-founder David Sacks is currently the newly-created, and ironically named, AI and Cryptocurrency Czar, who reports directly to Donald Trump. David Sacks is very concerned about the well-being of Russians.
“Russians are not our enemy. We shouldn’t be helping to kill them.”
I beg to differ. That’s exactly what we should be doing.
The Russians have played a long game, and America has had a long nap.
The “Russia hoax“ is real. But it’s the hoax that Russia has played on all of us through psychological warfare — and proxies like Mike Flynn, David Sacks and Ed Martin.
The question is whether we will ever be able to eject them from power. Mike Flynn was one of the central architects of trying to keep Donald Trump in office despite losing the 2020 election.

Hey Jim, my curiosity and intuition have taken me a long way, so much so that I am in lock step with you. It isn't easy to educate others about what is unfolding....the devil is in the details, and there are a lot of details.
As an aside, I spent 10 years in the Canadian civil court system defending myself(and my wife)from an oppressive defamation lawsuit filed by a wealthy real estate developer who was seeking a community-altering multi-million dollar rezoning.
Our local community association was publishing newsletters containing revelations the developer did not want people to know, and I was the co-author of some of that material.
Unfortunately, Canada does not have the Sullivan Rule, which would have ended it forthwith.
We ended up with a pyrrhic victory that consumed much of our time, emotional energy and resources. The Province of BC had no anti-SLAPP law at that time.
The law of defamation is nuanced and complicated and as a non-lawyer I know it very well.
I have a great deal of empathy for you and your legal situation and admire your tenacity.
Sadly, the Plaintiffs are the masters of the litigation. They just want to drain(silence) you without ever having an on-the-record discussion related to the facts and one's reasonable beliefs that flow from those facts, and just remember....they don't shoot at dead ducks.

Are you familiar with the late comedian Lenny Bruce and his crucifixion by the courts? I am posting a link below to a website that provides a summary of his legal experiences. They also have transcripts on the website. I wish Bruce had not taken the court cases so seriously ,but he fought them like a warrior even though he lost. It took too much of a toll on him. He probably would have done the same thing even if he knew the outcome. Courts are a game the rich play and most often win. MLK, Jr. won in the churches and on the streets. You win with your writing.
