Sanctified: Martyring Charlie Kirk
How the Trump regime is turning a murder into permanent power
In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, the U.S. federal government is openly engaging in an unconstitutional criminal conspiracy to persecute, dismantle and disenfranchise its political opposition with the clear goal of making future elections a foregone conclusion. If successful, it is a crime that would make January 6th pale in comparison—and would undoubtedly signal the end of American experiment.
The conspiracy is not a theory. It is a government-stated set of objectives, motivations, and actions—an open abuse of power with a single obvious purpose: one-party rule in America.
We have arrived at our Reichstag Moment. What we do is up to us.
Martyr to Mandate
Here are the five pillars of the Trump regime’s new doctrine:
Sanctify Charlie Kirk as a martyr. Kirk’s murder was a perfect flashpoint for the Trump regime to turn its narrative of white, Christian, male persecution into a war cry against Democrats. Kirk is no longer a racist, misogynist podcaster; he is a slain Christian crusader. (“See you in Valhalla”)
DARVO Kirk’s murder. Within hours, Trump blamed Kirk’s murder on the “radical left” with no evidence. This is the abuser’s favorite tactic—Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim & Offender. Never admit you were wrong. Always blame your own victims. This has not relented in this case in spite of facts that contradict the narrative.
Expand the enemy to Democrats. While Trump initially blamed the “radical left” and many of the initial actions are aimed at scapegoats like “Antifa” and transgender people, the rhetoric is far more broadly aimed at “Democrats,” “the left” and liberals.
Convert outrage to quasi-legal machinery. While continuously applying rhetoric designed to dehumanize political enemies as “violent terrorists,” the regime promises to abuse powers such as RICO, conspiracy, and insurrection against increasingly broad categories of people.
Use emergency powers to complete a de facto coup. The regime will weaponize unrest caused by its own violence and oppression to unconstitutionally seize more power through declaring emergencies, expand the militarization of blue cities, and ensure that mid-term elections are either meaningless or “postponed.”
Each part of this plan has been either openly promised, or heavily implied in public statements by Trump or his closest advisors in the last few days. There has been no deviation from their pre-determined narrative.
Neo-COINTELPRO
COunter-INTELligence-PROgram (COINTELPRO) was J. Edgar Hoover’s campaign against his political targets. There were major COINTELPRO operations against numerous leftist social justice groups and leaders including Martin Luther King Jr., Nation of Islam, and the Black Panthers, e.g. Hoover spent years trying to get MLK to commit suicide. But COINTELPRO was largely covert. Hoover didn’t advertise his crimes.
The Trump regime has a different approach. It displays its anti-democratic goals proudly and makes no illusions about what it wants or how it intends to get it. While it took decades of investigations to uncover the damage Hoover had done, one of the most alarming things about the Trump regime is that its neo-COINTELPRO is not clandestine, it is overt. There is no apparent concern about future consequences.
Overt, Not Clandestine
Saturday night, just three days after Kirk’s murder, Trump’s policy advisor Stephen Miller spoke to Sean Hannity on FOX News and outlined the government’s conspiracy to create a standing domestic counter-subversion program against its enemies.
“The Democrat Party, its pundits, its allies, the educators for 10 years have waged a campaign of eliminationist rhetoric against President Trump, against Republicans, against MAGA, against Trump officials.”
“I don't care how it could be a RICO charge, a conspiracy charge, conspiracy against the United States, insurrection, but we are going to do what it takes to dismantle the organizations… that are committing acts of wanton violence.”
Miller’s plan is Nazism for Dummies, a carbon copy of the Third Reich’s dismantling of the opposition parties in Weimar Germany after the Reichstag Fire.
On Monday, Miller spoke to JD Vance—who was hosting Kirk’s podcast—and gave more details.
“The last message that Charlie sent me was… that we needed to have an organized strategy to go after the left-wing organizations that are promoting violence in this country.”
“….the organized street violence, the organized campaigns of dehumanization, vilification, posting people's addresses, combining that with messaging that's designed to trigger incite violence and the actual organized cells that carry out and facilitate the violence. It is a vast domestic terror movement.”
“we are going to use every resource we have at the Department of Justice Homeland Security and throughout this government to identify, disrupt, dismantle, and destroy these networks and make America safe again for the American people… and we will do it in Charlie's name.”
Vice Podcaster
The Vice President of the United States, one deteriorating heartbeat away from the Oval, hosted Charlie Kirk’s podcast on Monday and gave a full-throated endorsement of Stephen Miller’s plan. JD Vance also promised national disunity until the regime “dismantles the institutions that promote violence and terrorism.”
“There is no unity with the people who celebrate Charlie Kirk's assassination. And there is no unity with the people who fund these articles, who pay the salaries of these terrorist sympathizers…
Did you know that the George Soros Open Society Foundation and the Ford Foundation, the groups who funded that disgusting article justifying Charlie's death, do you know they benefit from generous tax treatment?…
We can only have it with people who acknowledge that political violence is unacceptable and when we work to dismantle the institutions that promote violence and terrorism in our own country.”
Antifa
In the Oval office on Monday Trump was asked by a right-wing reporter if he thought it was a “good opportunity” to “finally” designate “Antifa” as a “domestic terror organization.”
REPORTER: “Do you have plans and actions as a good opportunity with all these do you plan on designating Antifa finally a domestic terror organization?”
TRUMP: “Well, it's something I would do… I would do that 100% and others also by the way… And also, I've been speaking to the Attorney General about bringing RICO again, some of the people that you've been reading about that have been putting up millions and millions of dollars for agitation. These aren't protests.”
“Antifa” (short for antifascist) in this context is a manufactured boogeyman. There is no organized Antifa in America. While the word has been used by some legitimate antifascist groups, it is most widely known as an online meme the alt-right uses to project its own violence onto a scapegoat. The term was popularized after the murder of Heather Heyer in Charlottesville as a deliberate deflection.
On January 5th, 2021, the first Trump regime posted Memorandum on Inadmissibility of Persons Affiliated with Antifa Based on Organized Criminal Activity. This was a conscious move to cast “Antifa” as “organized criminal activity” to blame the left for the violence that was coming the next day. As a close observer, I saw what they were planning to do well before January 6th.
By officially designating this empty enemy as an imagined “vast domestic terror movement” the regime can pull in anyone who is against fascism as suspicious.
Legally Shackling the Bill of Rights
The Trump regime is already systematically dismantling the Bill of Rights, but the plan to weaponize Charlie Kirk’s murder may be the wedge that renders the Constitution inoperable. It is a direct attack on the cornerstone of American liberty, the First Amendment. Freedom of and from religion, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble and petition the government, and especially freedom of speech are all targets of the doctrine.
Based on the plain language of the top officials in the Trump regime here are a few of the ways they will abuse federal power to take away the First Amendment rights of their political opponents. These are named legal statutes, not hypotheticals.
Criminal codes:
RICO applied to protest logistics, campus coalitions, and GOTV networks.
Conspiracy (§371), seditious conspiracy (§2384) framed around communications and planning.
Anti-Riot Act (§2101) and obstruction charges as needed.
Financial choke points:
Civil/administrative forfeiture, asset freezes, donor-list subpoenas.
Bank de-risking triggered by adjacency to “domestic terrorism.”
Surveillance and designations by memo:
Expanded Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) activity; agency guidance that creates de-facto domestic lists without a statutory “designation.”
Administrative pressure:
Grant conditions (crime, DHS, education) tied to compliance with “anti-terrorism” guidelines and cooperation with ICE/JTTF.
Probes of universities; threats to funding to suppress youth organizing.
Federal presence in cities (esp. D.C.):
40 U.S.C. §1315 cross-agency deployments; National Guard in D.C.; crowd-control zones and curfews framed as “election security.”
Platform leverage:
Hearings and threats to push broad “anti-doxxing/violence/terrorism” policies by social media and content providers that disrupt online GOTV, surveil and suppress protests, and selectively target journalist accounts.
Emergency power:
Numerous pathways are in place for Trump to use emergency powers which allow him to implement partial or total martial law.
How to Destroy the Midterms
The furious nature of the regime’s effort to convert the “good opportunity” created by Charlie Kirk’s murder into a concrete plan to dismantle what they call a ‘vast terrorist network’ on the left is a clear signal. Trump intends to leverage the moment against free and fair midterm elections.
As I have chronicled, Trump’s narcissistic collapse has left him with no boundaries; his personal reality is completely detached from the objective world. His ego has ruptured.
By any rational political standard, Donald Trump’s presidency is a catastrophe. Everything he’s done in his second term has made him more unpopular: the economy is lurching towards a deep recession; the Epstein case will not go away; he has not ended any of the wars he promised. But Donald Trump has no more interest in politics; he is only interested in escaping accountability through permanent power.
Any return to political power by Democrats in the midterms would make Trump’s goal of cementing a dictatorship far more difficult. He is already squeezing every district he can through gerrymandering, but he has now added a government-wide mandate to use law enforcement to go after, as Stephen Miller said: “the Democrat Party, its pundits, its allies, the educators.”
That is not politics, that is a criminal conspiracy to destroy the opposition party before an election you would otherwise lose. It is a Reichstag Fire Decree by any other name.
Are We Weimar? Really?
As I wrote in February, if you wanted a Reichstag, a moment to take total control, you would do exactly what the Trump regime has done in preparation. Charlie Kirk’s murder, regardless of the actual motivation for it, was simply the event they have chosen to capitalize on.
The plan to dismantle American democracy has been long in the planning. JD Vance’s participation in this operation is the signal of where this is ultimately going if we don’t put a stop to it. Vance is driven like many others in the Trump regime by a nihilistic, white supremacist ideology that places themselves in a separate elite category who believe they are much better equipped to make our decisions for us.
Call it the broligarchy, the PayPal Mafia, or the Dark Enlightenment; it all leads to the same thing—the end of every citizen’s right to participate in their own future. It is the ultimate “red pill” as Dark Enlightenment co-founder Curtis Yarvin said 18 years ago.
We are staring into the abyss of our own negligence, apathy, and ignorance. We allowed the dark underbelly to take command. That mistake, unfortunately, is done.
It is now on every American, and concerned global citizen, to do everything in our individual and collective power to ensure that this plan does not get to its final goal, because beyond it lies only the dark.
