Schrödinger’s Fist: The Collapse of America’s Split Reality
The dissolving grip of Donald Trump—and Mike Flynn.
Two Worlds
In one reality: America is the hottest country in the world. Everyone respects us again. Everyone loves Donald Trump. The tariffs are bringing in trillions. We’re getting rid of the illegals. And so what if the president gets a little taste of the action? Welcome to the real world, losers.
In this reality, Trump’s clenched fist is tightening around the throat of American democracy.
In a different reality: A cognitively declining criminal has embedded himself with oligarchs, foreign agents, and compromised sycophants in the White House. His regime is engaging in a hybrid war against liberal democracy by turning the power of the federal government against its own people, and its own institutions—while plundering our global standing, labor, and resources.
In this reality, as the world observes, Trump’s clenched fist is dissolving.
Superposition
Two distinct worlds have been operating in superposition since Trump came down the escalator. And the separation between them has been widening ever since.
Superposition: a state where two mutually exclusive possibilities exist simultaneously—until an observation or hard constraint forces a single outcome.
In quantum physics, superposition was famously described by Erwin Schrödinger in a paper, after talking to Einstein. Schrödinger, skeptical of the implications of his own equations, offered the thought experiment of a cat which could, theoretically, be alive and dead at the same time.
This is very much like America. A kind of split personality has been induced where most of us live in either learned helplessness or deliberate denial of the organized crime ring running the country. We are frozen in our own reality, while another implodes the economy, destroys the world order, and shreds society with systematic state violence.
Collapse of the Wave Function
But superposition can’t last forever in quantum physics. The wave function, which holds multiple realities simultaneously, always collapses to one reality when observed. The cat will be alive or dead—when you look.
Similarly, the dual realities of the Trump regime and the objective world are also collapsing under observation. Several recent news items demonstrate this phenomenon, all bad news for Trump:
The economy is badly slowing under the weight of Trump’s tariffs.
GDP is a very weak 1.4%.
Inflation is up.
Business activity is the slowest in 10 months
Trump’s Epstein problems are getting worse, not better.
The former Prince Andrew was arrested in the UK due to Epstein.
The “Board of Peace” is an international joke, a collection of amoral regimes willing to pay a billion dollars to Trump’s personal slush fund.
And most crushing of all, the Supreme Court ruled Friday morning 6-3 that Trump’s tariffs are illegal.
This is the clash of two worlds, one invented, and one real.
Reality Bites
Just before the Supreme Court published its ruling, Trump met with Republican governors at the annual breakfast at the White House—which is usually bipartisan, but Trump disinvited the Democrats. When Trump arrived, he immediately dismissed the press in the room—as if he knew the Court’s decision already.
Timestamped to 40:47. Don’t blink:
A few hours later, Trump emerged to address the nation about the SCOTUS ruling in one of the whiniest, most… butthurt performances he’s ever given. Despite the 6-3 decision—including Roberts, Gorsuch, and Barrett—Trump said it was the “Democrats” on the Court that voted against him.
Trump used the opportunity to attack the Justices in the majority as “not smart people” who were influenced by “foreign interests.” He repeated the Big Lie about the 2020 election, and bragged about the stock market. It was a total meltdown as Trump’s delusion of total power met the rare reality of checks and balances.
“I wanted to be well-behaved. I wanted to be a good boy… Our stock market has just recently broken 50,000 on the Dow.”
Schrödinger’s Fist is dissolving, upon observation.
Quantum Flynn
Let me give you one other example closer to (my) home. Retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, former DIA chief, and briefly National Security Advisor, sued me almost three years ago, because I spent a long time investigating and exposing his crimes—and warning about his plans to commit new ones. Both he and the current FBI Director Kash Patel, out of everyone on the internet, picked me, your humble blogger, to go after legally.
This was an attempt to use the legal system and financial pressure to make me an example, to force me to shut up about them because, in Mike Flynn and Kash Patel’s reality, they’re the real victims—of the government.
Here is Flynn in his deposition in his case against me, which is scheduled for trial in Sarasota County, Florida—again—next month.
“You know, I didn’t choose to be viciously and brutally attacked, not only by my own government which is very evident now, but because of that people like Stewartson jumped on that bandwagon…”
Throughout the three-hour deposition, Flynn repeatedly lied, pretending not to know things that I have extensively documented. His alternate reality always dissolves upon observation. My lawyer asked Flynn under oath about Pizzagate, for example.
LAWYER: “To the best of your knowledge did it ever involve Hillary Clinton?”
FLYNN: “I don’t know.”
LAWYER: “Do you ever recall posting anything suggesting that it did?”
FLYNN: “I don’t recall whether I did or not.”
This is, of course, a wild, bald-faced lie. Flynn is willing to commit perjury in order to protect his own victimhood. Flynn has been smearing Hillary Clinton for a decade, and was instrumental to Jeffrey Epstein, Peter Thiel, and the Russian government’s 2016 election interference—including Pizzagate.

Mike Flynn is in a tough spot because his alternate reality is collapsing, under observation.
Reality Is a Stubborn Thing
Donald Trump, Mike Flynn, and the assorted oligarchs they’ve been conspiring with have created a twin of the real world manifested through lies, fraud, and cheating in elections. In this second reality, the crime wasn’t Russian interference in 2016; the crime was “Russiagate”—and people like Flynn were the victims.
In the objective world, however, it’s the American people who have suffered a decade of chaos and violence. We’ve been forced to live in superposition with a dark, authoritarian reality where people are murdered in the street, constantly lied to, and rigged elections are the new normal.
But these two worlds cannot coexist forever. Upon final observation, when reality collapses, the American cat will be alive—or not.
I, for one, will never play dead. And I hope to see Mike Flynn in court, so we can find out in public whose reality withstands close observation.

I'm so sick of these f*ckers. The level of anger and disgust that I have for Mike Flynn, T**mp (I'm back to not using his name as I will not promote him in any way) Bondi, Noem, et al. is unsustainable. It feels like I'm being squeezed by that f*cking fist, and I need that f*cker to dissolve already!
Now, the whining is out of the way, on to action. I'd like to propose that we all stop clicking on links with T**mp's name in them, or with his picture (I'm sick of seeing his ugly mug anyway). I'd like to be the halon on his dumpster fire. Starve that f*cker of oxygen. Stop allowing ANYbody to make money off his ass at our hands. If they plan to take away our agency by messing around in our elections, then we'll vote with our dollars. WE run this country. Our labor, our spending, our tax dollars. The rich people who are on the T**mp train are the ones who never worked a day in their lives (and don't want to start now). WE helped make them rich, and we're helping keep them rich.
Remember that you are not a customer of X, Facebook, Instagram, et al., you are their product. They provide you with a nice, free, platform, and in exchange they sell every scrap of information they can collect about you to whoever will pay for it. I left X, and I'm gearing up to leave Facebook. If I want to know what's going on with someone, I'll call them and actually have a conversation. In private, no less!
Our two worlds collide!
The fascist fist has our democracy by the throat!
The 2024 national election was stolen in the SWING DISTRICTS!
This fascist fist has been forming for 50 years!
Gerrymandering, voter suppression, Citizens United, and now Musk’s electronic satellite interference all work to destroy our democracy!
Hope will NOT save us!
Free and fair elections will not happen again unless we work together to ensure it!
