Aleksandr Dvornikov has been put in charge of the invasion of Ukraine. He was in charge of the Russian operation that murdered countless civilians in Syria with chemical weapons and carpet bombing.
He has also been named as the man responsible for bombing refugees at a train station in Donetsk.
