Liz Cheney zeroed in on “The Meeting”

In the January 6th Committee hearing last night, Liz Cheney, who voted with Donald Trump 93% of the time, laid waste to Trump, his family, and the traitors in the GOP that aided and abetted the insurrection. But Cheney also went out of her way to focus on a specific meeting in the White House and a subsequent tweet by Trump.

In our series “The Insurrection Was Plan B,” @Gal_Suburban and I explained that the physical insurrection at the Capitol was a backup plan, agreed to at “The Meeting” at the White House on December 18th, 2020 which included Mike Flynn, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Patrick Byrne, Mike Lindell, Donald Trump and his lawyers.

The next day, Trump tweeted “Big protest in DC on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!”

Two days later, Ron Watkins tweeted that he had a budget to pay people to go to the insurrection. He deleted the tweet immediately after I quote tweeted it. Ron Watkins ran 8chan where “Q” posted.

While the January 6th Committee appears to be focused on Donald Trump, which is good, it also understands that this was a real conspiracy — and that Mike Flynn was at the center of it. Trump not only allowed the insurrection to happen, but cheered it on because it unfolded exactly as Flynn planned — until it didn’t.

The reason it failed is that the only people who showed up were seditionists. No one from the left was there to blame for the violence which would have allowed Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Generally speaking, I was impressed by the Committee’s presentation. The evidence is overwhelming that this was a broad conspiracy that included the President of the United States to overturn a free and fair election to hold on to power. But Trump is largely a puppet — a willing one, but a puppet nonetheless.

The real conspiracy is broader and global. It’s not just a conspiracy to take over the United States. It’s a conspiracy to take over the world.

As we saw on January 6th, Flynn and his allies have no hesitation about causing violence and death in their quest for power. Plan B almost worked.

If we don’t stop them, Plan C will succeed.
