Democracy is alive and kicking but it looks like we’re going to lose the House

There is a huge sigh of relief that the “Red Wave” turned into a Red Trickle. Turns out that there are still plenty people who don’t want a theocratic white ethnostate in America. Yay. 🥳

But yet again, we seem to have engineered ourselves into a situation where razor-thin margins will decide control of the Senate, and the House appears to be lost to the cult.

The Big Lie 2.0 is gearing up to attack the results and they will now have weeks to create narratives about how the elections were stolen. Feckless libertarian network CNN couldn’t be happier about it. Both sides-ing has never been more profitable.

The whining on the left about how we should “focus on the economy” instead of women’s rights and democracy was dead wrong.

When you piss off women, you lose. At some point the Democrats will figure that out.

Anyway, it’s going to be a mess for the next few weeks but it looks like we’re going to get Speaker McCarthy… or Speaker Trump. 😑
