The first case is SFA v. North Carolina. This is the case against a public university, which Ketanji Brown Jackson is allowed to participate in. Already, you're going to hear a lot of white FedSoc people who are against Brown v. Board of Ed suddenly support it.

The goal of the Court is now to set non-whites against each other. Here are “descendants of slaves” vs. immigrants.

Anyone listening to SCOTUS arguments in Affirmation Action cases hearing the coordinated messaging from right-wing justices? They imply that there's a bias to black Americans that discriminates against Asians. Alito, Gorsuch, Thomas so far have asked similar Qs re: Asians.
