This is more of a personal reflection because I find myself, not by accident, interacting with the some of the worst people on the planet to extract information, and well, it’s fucking weird. Why am I this guy?

I’m not anyone special. I have some experience that gives me solid insights, but otherwise everything I do is just about finding out the truth and being unafraid to share it. This means confronting the people the truth is meant to expose with their own crimes and sociopathy — and, crucially, being able to handle the blowback that always, always comes.

Last night my podcast partner and friend Heidi got death threats because I was exposing Mike Flynn’s complicity in Crimea and his brother Joe responded by calling for Heidi’s arrest.

My dear friend Gal, who was attacked by Holocaust-denier Chuck Johnson because of something that I said about him, likes to say: “Judge me by my enemies.” Yep.

I’m like a Pokemon card collector for bad guys at this point.
