Great post, if daunting conclusion. You wrote recently that, essentially, the worst people rise to the top of the capitalist system. The best minds need to be working on how to have a liberal economy while dampening the effects of sociopathic corporate leadership. But no plan to repair what's broken will stand a chance without being able to add new seats to SCOTUS and fill them with actual legal scholars to outvote the political hacks.
Excellent article. I really hope we get the chance to rebuild and redesign a new truly fair, wise and compassionate Constitution and system of government and economy. I'm having my doubts as this Regime is intent on causing massive harm on its way out. Much will be demanded of us in the months and years ahead if we're to turn this around.
