As for Charles Flynn, the US military has had plenty of dubious leaders, and epic failures in the past. I don’t see that changing any time soon. Admittedly there has been a noticeable improvement when it comes to Ukraine/Russia, intelligence and response.
We would need to know how those appointments work-- could Milley really have vetoed it? Joe wants us to believe that it would have been super easy for him to just say no... but it might not be so simple.
