BREAKING: FBI Director Pursues Blogger—Still Hasn’t Released Epstein Files
Despite a full plate of scandals, cover ups, and propaganda to deliver, Kashyap Patel found the time to come after a guy on Twitter, again
As I wrote six months ago, the current FBI Director, Kashyap Patel, who I have tracked ever since he was made Chief of Staff at the Pentagon in 2020, sued me in Nevada for $10 million for mean tweets about him, including the fact that I referred to him as a “chud.”
I learned, as I always do, about the latest update on this frivolous lawsuit from Twitter. It was posted first by a number of Q related accounts who I know to be in Kash’s circle of friends. Apparently a judge awarded him a judgement of $250,000 yesterday.
The problem with this is that I was never served with this lawsuit. I don’t have a “housemate.”

Needless to say, since he made it to FBI Director—by lying repeatedly to Congress—it’s hard to see how I damaged his reputation to the tune of $250,000.
I will be pursuing all available options to not only set aside this judgement—if a court ever actually contacts me about it—but to force Kashyap to answer for his blatantly defamatory attack on an American citizen pursuing their right to free speech, to petition the government, and to criticize a public figure.
As a reminder, Patel is a traitor, installed by Donald Trump and Mike Flynn with the specific purpose of helping to overthrow the government in 2020.
The Insurrection Was Plan B: Part IV
Immediately after losing the 2020 election, Donald Trump decapitated the civilian leadership structure at the Department of Defense and installed a group of corrupt, unqualified, anti-democratic operatives that would take the necessary steps to effectuate a coup before Joe Biden could be inaugurated.
Here is the memo executed by Kash Patel, Ezra Cohen and Chris Miller which enabled them to delay the National Guard for three hours—two days before January 6th.
One of the things Kash Patel sued me for was describing him as a “Russian asset.” I look forward to asking him why Russian intelligence thinks he’s an asset—in a deposition and in court.
Lastly, it’s frankly surprising that the chief investigations officer of the United States has time to pursue a blogger when he’s so busy trying to keep the Epstein Files covered up. It’s been months now and the only “new” evidence, the alleged video of Epstein’s cell was not evidence at all.
Kash Patel is a dangerous clown, a failure as a DOJ lawyer—who received the only known “Order of Ineptitude” bench slap from a judge—who has failed up for years on the basis of his only skill, his ability to kiss the ass of Donald Trump.
Since 2020, I have been warning about the network attacking the foundations of American democracy. Kashyap Patel is ultimately a bit player in that network, a paid actor for foreign governments and traitors who does what he’s told—like suing a specific blogger. Nevertheless, he was also told to commit crimes, the most serious crimes against the United States that we have on the books—treason, seditious conspiracy, espionage, and money laundering.
And he chose to pick on the wrong guy. Unlike the law firms, universities, and media companies that have capitulated to this regime, I am not motivated by money, and I don’t have anything left to lose.
Unfortunately, however, it does cost a lot of money to fight these people, so I have no choice but to ask that if you can afford it, my legal gofundme is stopmikeflynn.com, or just become a paid subscriber. It means a lot.
Remember that keeping your rights is about exercising them, fearlessly. We are in the final showdown between two future worlds: authoritarianism or freedom. Fighting for freedom is about behaving freely, about modeling to others that you don’t have to be afraid.
FYI: I am working on Part III of “How to Mount a Cognitive Insurgency: Know. Name. Disrupt.” Given some additional load on my time for obvious reasons, I may not finish it today.

I don't understand how the Nevada Court could enter a default judgment. There is a long list of steps involved in civil litigation. It takes an unresponsive Defendant a very long time to get to a point where a default judgment is rendered. There would also be a notice for default judgment accompanied by an Affidavit from the Plaintiff's lawyer outlining all of the steps taken. Where is that, and all the notices for trial, documents, discovery, and interrogatories etc? Something is really fishy here.
@Jim Stewartson, I'm glad you're fighting Patel. What a mic drop: "I look forward to asking him why Russian intelligence thinks he’s an asset—in a deposition and in court."
