I don't understand how the Nevada Court could enter a default judgment. There is a long list of steps involved in civil litigation. It takes an unresponsive Defendant a very long time to get to a point where a default judgment is rendered. There would also be a notice for default judgment accompanied by an Affidavit from the Plaintiff's lawyer outlining all of the steps taken. Where is that, and all the notices for trial, documents, discovery, and interrogatories etc? Something is really fishy here.
