I’ve been thinking about the total lack of legal consequences for people repeatedly lying in public with the intention of harming and defrauding people.
Is there any reason a bunch of families who have lost loved ones to the Cult couldn’t file a class action lawsuit against propaganda channels like Fox and OANN, as well as networks like Telegram and Rumble?
How is Russian propaganda fundamentally different from tobacco, asbestos or opiates?
I've wondered the same about *some* that went to the Capitol last year. There's obviously a ton of nefarious people who don't fit this category, but there are those who were lulled into going.
I've read that OANN was in on the planning and some were at the Willard Hotel. I'm sure there's a ton of evidence that supports their assistance in the psyop piece. For those without a criminal background prior to J6, I just think they'd have a case to show damages.
I know I might be on an island in feeling pity for them. There's that small segment of people who just honestly didn't know better.
Explain why these FKN trolls are not banned. I reported 30 posts today of that fkn kassandra sue bitch and her crew for all the slanderous things she keeps saying about you and Heidi. They don't do shite. Who do they know over at Twitville? I'm in their target too for supporting you. They watch Rad Pod and tear you guys apart afterwards. WTF. How can I help, Jim, and not get suspended?
I thought of this rather seriously in around even late 2012 or so when Mueller was able to indict BP.
Pure volume was the winning methodology for rather extraordinary penalties against the clean water act toward the environmental trust.
We once shared the literal shared regard for the communal communicative trust (Habermas). I think the Mueller Report could inform the same of volume In especially his work on the iron triangle.
I have been saying the same. If I lost a loved one due to Covid misinformation, because they watch Fox,I would go after them. Losing someone to Q might be harder to pursue.
Though I just reread a few articles on the lawsuit by the Sandy Hook parents against Alex Jones, and the actual charge against Jones was defamation.
Apparently Jones had made claims that the parents were part of the conspiracy, and so they were finally able to lay charges against him (for defamation of character.)
I think we need some new laws regarding harmful disinformation .

Kassandra has me blocked, but sometimes she just can't control herself- she will unblock me to dispute my tweet and then re-block me. 😅
Agreed Jim. It's so dangerous.
I’ve thought of this as well. Just made a comment on your other thread pondering this.

I believe Alex Jones was sued for deliberately spreading false information, so I think it's possible.
