End Time: The Rule of Law in America is Over
Judge Merchan in the State of New York caves to the Mafia
The experience of the Biden Administration for those of us who have been trying to warn has been like being on a tour boat heading for a waterfall. The passengers are screaming about the danger while the captain proudly tunes the engine and the crew keeps refreshing everyone’s drinks.
The inevitable end of that story has arrived. We are over the edge. We have no captain and we are on our own.
In the State Court of New York, Judge Merchan indefinitely suspended Trump’s sentencing on 34 felony charges, and simultaneously suspended the Rule of Law, forever.
The failure of the Justice Department and the FBI to defeat this threat is beyond weak and feckless. It was complicit. We were dog-walked into this scenario. My friends and I yelled for the entire administration that they were missing the big picture, that only going after the foot soldiers of J6 and ignoring the “generals” would lead to disaster.
The J6 Committee focused everything on the cult leader, on the figurehead and completely missed the root cause of the insurrection and therefore the root of the insurgency that just overtook America. Again.
Not only did the DOJ fail to bring Trump to justice, or any of his co-conspirators, they also, as of this morning, managed to help eliminate the ability for States to demand accountability for those in the government. The Supreme Court is a theocratic crime cult. State Supreme Courts are now powerless. Our justice system will never again do justice.

The DOJ “declined to press charges” so Trump was free to try to put Gaetz in charge of enforcing the Rule of Law for our entire country. This is corruption, pure and simple. But Gaetz, apparently, was just a bluff.
So now we get Pam Bondi as Attorney General, a corrupt lunatic who took $25,000 from Trump and then dropped a case against Trump University in exchange — while she was Florida AG. Bondi is also very close to the autocratic human-trafficking cult Scientology and fought hard against gay marriage. Her only positive quality is that she is very dumb.
What this means for the people of America is that we cannot rely on any of our systems to protect us. The Rule of Law, which has always protected the wealthy anyway, is now a quaint thing of the past.
We can’t vote our way out of this. We can’t appease it. And we can’t live with it.
This Mafia State is going to imprison and murder its opponents — and give a free get-out-of-jail card to the death cult that sustains it. The remaining sane part of America will be its target.
They have gone to war against us. A class war. An ideological war. And a war for our freedom. We have two choices: We can submit, or suit up and create a popular resistance — against the corruption, the greed, the perversion, and the treason. We have no air cover. We are on our own.

I have long followed and learned much from your work, Jim. Thank-you for that forever. But right now I'm still in the dark about WHAT TO DO? This resistance needs to take form and have leaders. How does that happen? I can't do much except donate a little and work somehow from home. I really have no idea how this resistance comes together as a powerful movement against what is coming. Thanks again for all you do.
I guess so many of us are feeling abandoned by the outgoing administration. It seems we are being “peacefully” delivered into the hands of an unhinged fascist bent on destroying us. I don’t know how it will play out but we are 75 million strong and we have to move forward. There is no going back.
