Was Thomas Crooks inspired by American ISIS?

For nearly a year, Lt. Gen. (Ret) Mike Flynn has been laying out various scenarios and promoting various narratives about “black swans” and other apocalyptic events that may herald the end of America, or at a minimum, prevent the 2024 election.

One of Flynn’s primary themes has been “assassinations,” of various historical figures including JFK, but also persistently and with increasing regularity, about Donald Trump’s assassination. Flynn’s hagiographical film, which he toured around the country with insurrectionists, has an extended section about assassination.

Over the last year, I‘ve heard Flynn and his minions mention Trump’s assassination hundreds of times on as many podcasts and X “spaces.”

As an example, Ivan Raiklin — Flynn’s “loyal soldier” for a decade — and Alex Jones not only openly predicted Trump’s assassination six months ago, but said it would be “the best case scenario” and cause “America to respond in kind” allowing Raiklin to prosecute extralegal “raids” and executions on Raiklin’s “deep state target list” in retribution.

Of course, on Saturday, a bullet traveled close enough to nick Donald Trump’s ear, giving Trump the opportunity to immediately use it to show he is a strong man, and for his various promoters to portray him as a resurrected martyr.

To put to bed any lingering misinformation, the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was not “staged.” A 20-year old Republican Trump supporter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, who had a gun fetish, climbed on a roof that should have been secured by Secret Service, and missed his target by an ear width. Why?

We know he was a “loner” who was “bullied.” He was wearing a shirt from “Demolition Ranch” which is a gun club celebrating the majesty of murder weapons. He has all the earmarks of an “incel” which have been identified by the Secret Service as a “terrorist threat.”

What if this killer thought Trump’s murder would create “the best case scenario” and spark a violent revolution as laid out in detail by Flynn’s network for many months? How are al-Qaeda and ISIS, who rely on individuals and cells to be “inspired” by their propaganda and carry out terrorist acts for them autonomously any different than what Flynn’s network has been doing?

I have no idea if Thomas Crooks listened to Ivan Raiklin tell Alex Jones that “if you assassinate Trump… America will respond in kind” but if he did and wanted to go out a “hero,” how is he different from an ISIS suicide bomber, or the 9/11 terrorists, but inspired by American ISIS instead? How is Mike Flynn, who has been consistently driving this message, different from Osama bin Laden?

There have been many, many opportunities for people like Thomas Crooks to get this message.

Mike Flynn ran counterinsurgency operations against al-Qaeda. He commissioned a white paper on destabilizing democracies using insurgencies and irregular warfare based on extremist islamic death cults, tactics he admitted using in the 2016 election.

Flynn has methodically recreated ISIS in America using Trump as a martyr. Flynn uses the same coercive propaganda about infidels invading your country to rape and murder your family as the terrorist groups he claims to hate. He’s mobilizing this in America with “Pizzagate” through his non-profit America’s Future, in swing states.

Pizzagate has been proven to generate violence.

Flynn’s constant calls to a “spiritual war” against the “psychopaths,” “the dark souls,” and the “evil” represented by the “communists” and “globalists” are all just a mirror of propaganda used to create suicide bombers in ISIS, and of the propaganda used to create willing Nazis.

Regardless of the shooter’s motive, this assassination attempt is already being used as a “PSYACT”—a psychological action—to cement Trump’s martyrdom and reassert Mike Flynn’s role as “Archangel Michael,” Trump’s protector.

This is a “Christian nationalist” death cult now fully merged with MAGA and QAnon+ ready to go into holy war.

Accelerationism is the idea the world is so terrible the only way to fix it is burn it all down so you can rebuild it from scratch.

This has been used as a rationale by many white supremacist mass murderers for their crimes, and underlies neo-Nazi and “Boogaloo” death cults.

The FBI is now investigating the assassination attempt as a “domestic terrorism” incident which is consistent with the premise Thomas Crooks thought he was going to spark mass violence by assassinating Trump, that he was going to accelerate the end of America and go out in a blaze of glory.

Mike Flynn has created a distributed network capable of both coordinated violent action like J6 — as well as generating stochastic terrorists like Thomas Crooks to be “inspired” ISIS-like by calls to action.

The “black swans” have just begun. Mike Flynn is America’s Osama bin Laden. The next insurrection will be national.
