One small way to break the cycle of trauma > hyper vigilance > repeat … might be to adopt a hobby. Not something you do only online, although finding/learning/supporting a new hobby might need some online engagement. Find something you enjoy doing that keeps you away from sinking into the couch and disappearing into the “bad stuff” every day. There is still time and room for fun and creativity.

I'm there Jim, along with now being on three different high blood pressure pills, and my hair falling out !! My doctor's have said Don't Watch the News!!? All these physical symptoms have come over the last fourteen years. Excellent article today, Jim, you're really onto something here, and will reStack ASAP 🙏
