The latest nyt article says Flynn was leading interrogations at Abu Ghraib. I don’t think he was in charge during the 2003-04 horror show, but it’s hard to tell if he was present. Interestingly enough very few intel officers were charged even though it was widely acknowledged that the torture took place under their supervision.
