Recently on “The Five 8” LB and Greg discussed EO13848 and they didn’t realise it was written intentionally with a coup in mind, they just thought it was a regular boilerplate document that nearly got exploited.
Thanks for clearing this up, it was obviously written with malicious intent.
Out of all the liberal/legal commentators I listen to, Alison Gill is the only one who understands EO13848 like you guys.

That "environmental lawyer" would have gotten us out of Paris Agreement.
"The U.S. government deposited the notification with the Secretary General of the United Nations and officially withdrew one year later on 4 November 2020."
Why wasn't the National Security Advisor – O'Brien – on duty that day? (Reference to him being out of town in Florida which he could have gotten back quickly.) Why were the duties left to deputy? National Security Advisor should have still been in command no matter where he was.
