I agree that when Biden says MAGA Republicans he means hardcore Trump cultists and Christofascists, not all Republicans or even all those who voted for Trump, though unfortunately too many are pretty hardcore. I guess he is trying to get people psychologically prepared for the legal takedown of the leadership, Trump, Flynn, et al., and hopefully avoid an armed conflict that would be good for no one.
