Very interesting. I've been wondering about what's in store re: Trump/Putin and USA/Russia. I think President JD Vance is the ultimate goal of the present Trump toadies and possibly Putin. If Trump becomes a hindrance, will he be a sudden victim of window cancer?
In these times of desolation, i console myself with the intuitive knowledge that Trump will not last four years. Putin and Netanyahu are also near the end of their lives. Trump has been the charismatic glue binding together the propaganda of right-wing radio , FOX "News", Facebook, Twitter with local and national power-hungry evangelical leaders and the billionaire tech broligarchy. Once he is gone, political fragmentation will occur. There will be more infighting even though some will cling to the fascist agenda. Numbers of MAGA supporters will decline. With a majority of Americans ready for change, we can focus on making America honest again, making America kind again, making America compassionate again.
We do not need to fall into the dystopian abyss that has been planned for us by the mentally ill who have temporarily gained power. We don't have to be victims of our past patterns. We CAN learn from history instead of repeating it. We can make different choices and take different actions this time. We can bury fascism for all time. This is a heroic task.
The framers gave the American people the 9th Amendment for just such a time as this.
I intuit Russia will go the cyberattack route in their revenge on the USA. It's far less dangerous for them than conventional military action. Until I read about the heat related cause of the massive power outages in Spain and Portugal, I thought that may have been Putin's practice run.
Our schools do NOT teach our children to hate America but they do not whitewash some of the heinous actions that have been taken in the name of the United States. What he wants is for the students to be indoctrinated into believing that Fascism isn't all that evil.
