This document certainly leaves no room for doubt. This is an explicit, overt plan written down in black and white confessing to Seditious Conspiracy to take over the government by the Proud Boys.

Here’s the “Overall Goal,” to “fill the buildings with patriots and communicate our demands.” This means taking over building by force and taking hostages. Also note the original plan involved numerous Capitol Hill office buildings not just the Capitol itself.
The January 6th Committee has questions for Rep. Barry Loudermilk who led a tour of congressional office buildings on 1/5/21 where his “guests” took special care to take photos of underground tunnels.
It turns out people on Loudermilk’s tour ended up attacking the Capitol.

Surely it’s a coincidence that the man who conceived and planned the insurrection, Mike Flynn, really wants people to forget about Loudermilk.

Note “Part 3: If necessary, distract.” Seems to me that the pipe bombs that were planted outside the RNC and DNC would have been pretty good distractions.
They were targeting specific Representatives’ offices. But they had no idea what their own endgame was.
They were planning to block traffic to prevent responders from intervening.
This is basically what happened, including a huge crowd waiting “for a signal.”

It was a female friend who gave Tarrio the document. It was clearly written by someone with tactical, likely special ops, training. It gives a shoutout to Ron Paul as well. To smart to be Stewie. My guess is it originated from one of the 1AP green beret chuds, with Tracy Beans helping (she’s a former Ron Paul aid), who handed it off to Tarrio.
