It was a female friend who gave Tarrio the document. It was clearly written by someone with tactical, likely special ops, training. It gives a shoutout to Ron Paul as well. To smart to be Stewie. My guess is it originated from one of the 1AP green beret chuds, with Tracy Beans helping (she’s a former Ron Paul aid), who handed it off to Tarrio.

It's good to see written confirmation of what I reported on from July 2019, that the "patriots" were going to take government buildings and hold them. The only thing missing from that long ago bonkers phone call was the waiting for Russian reinforcements.
