He seems preoccupied with the appearance of truthiness when asked if he was communicating with Charles, suggesting that he is indeed conspiring to instantiate Ru eurasianism, presumably to influence China on America's behalf. Big problem is no one is asking him to do this, instead he appears to be capitalizing at each step in such a journey.
